    NOW Supplements, Probiotic-10™, 25 Billion, with 10 Probiotic Strains: Bought this to add to my yogurt. Another brand I ran out of helped keep the yogurt probiotics alive, so I’m trying this, as NOW is a reputable brand. I can also take it to help settle my stomach, when needed.

    This is only supplement one should take . As it heals gut within short time everything i eat, get properly digested now .so no need of other supplements, this is great product for people having low digestion and poor absorption of food . Only thing is eat some raw veggies while taking this as gut bacteria needs good amount of fibre to thrive. I m taking it empty stomach in morning .
