Prevent Spatter with the Forney Nozzle Gel- 37031
This nozzle gel will eliminate erratic operation with a film that will not clog orifices and threads on MIG nozzles and contact tips. This gel is odorless, non-toxic, silicone free and will not cause porosity.16 oz. nozzle gel suitable for use on fixtures of semi-automatic and automatic welders.

Not sure if the blue color improves the function but otherwise works about like the caramel colored stuff I bought last time.

Use it for aluminum mig and flux core welding… I usually only have to lightly dip the tip of mig gun once and it lasts all day. Instead of having to hit the inside of nozzle with pliers I can just wipe it right off with my finger… works great

This helps allot when welding with flux core wire, but not a cure all if you like to hold your tip to close to the material your welding. Just know that you have to dip your nozzle in it frequently as the heat dries it fairly quick. This does help keep splatter from sticking to your nozzle and tip.

Petit probleme resolu!
Recu rapidement. Malheureusement l’un des couvercles est endommage (plusieurs se sont plaint de genre de problemes dans les reviews). J’ai achete dans le but de donner en cadeau donc le dommage est innacceptable. Fouille dans des couvercles que je gardais et j’en ai trouve un qui fait a la perfection et puisque le produit n’est pas un produit qui doit etre consomme il n’y a pas lieu de retourner le produit. Parcontre le fournisseur de ce produit devrait prendre notre et trouver une solution afin que son produit arrive en bon etat. Quand mes fils auront utilise le produit je reviserai ma review en fonction de leur satisfaction.
