First let me say I don’t normally take time to write reviews but I just had to share my story because I’m still giddy about how well this machine worked.I recently purchased a beautiful cream, designer chair at a furniture consignment shop and the lighting must have been bad in the store because I didn’t notice at all that it was quite dirty. I was just so excited that it was exactly what I had been looking for – color, size, style and price!When I got it home it was perfect in every way EXCEPT the off-white that was so perfect in the fluorescent lighting was a dingy EWWW in the natural light of our living room. I took the armrest covers off and YUCK! I noticed how dirty the arms were and then noticed that I hadn’t looked that closely on the store – there were spots all over the chair!The store doesn’t take returns AND I loved everything about the chair except the grime and spots (how did I not notice those in the store???) so I googled best upholstery cleaner and the BISSELL Little Green Machine showed up as top-rated in multiple blogs so I searched for it on Amazon. It had awesome reviews confirming what the blogs has said so I ordered it.It came super-fast and was easy to set up. I got to work. Well, my sweet husband got to work. My plan was to have him handle the task as he’s usually in charge of the grimy stuff. Love that man. ????????Well I had no idea cleaning upholstery could be so fun! This little machine sucked the grime right out! It was really satisfying to see it get sucked out right before my eyes. Before my husband knew it, he was free to watch his baseball game because I had taken over.When I was finished the cream chair looked like new!And I didn’t stop there.I had a 14-year old blue chair in my home office that had weathered two babies, lots of journaling and phone conversations with my feet tucked up underneath me, latte spills and just…a full life! Our whole family loves mommy’s blue chair as it’s where good conversations and snuggles have happened my kids’ entire lives. When we recently remodeled our home I was looking for a new chair for myself. My whole family protested because they loved it so much. It bummed me out because – well LOOK at the “before” photos of the blue chair I posted. Our whole house was clean and fresh from the much-needed after 17 years in the house remodel. Having to look at that chair, as much as I loved the memories of it, grossed me out.So when I finished the cream chair I thought, I’m going to see what the BISSELL Little Green Machine could do for the blue chair. I figured, worst case scenario it would make it worse and then I’d HAVE to get my new chair. ????I honestly didn’t think it would make a difference. I had actually had a professional rug + upholstery cleaner look at it and say he couldn’t do anything to make it look better just two months ago during the remodel. So despite seeing the INCREDIBLE results on the cream chair, my expectations were low. Additionally, this was an inexpensive chair with a sueded microfiber fabric – not nearly as well made as the cream chair so I wasn’t sure if the not super-sturdy fabric would withstand the cleaning fluid or brush.I was blown away. As you can see by the Before and After photos – the BISSELL mighty little machine did an amazing job!!! The blue chair is saved and we are ALL excited. Yes, even me. ???? I just wish I would have taken videos of cleaning the blue chair – the water was SO dirty. GROSS!Again though, it was SO satisfying throughout the process to see the dirt come out and have brand new chairs.This machine is WELL worth the very reasonable price and I also absolutely love being able to restore two chairs rather than buy new ones. Less landfill and consumerism to help the planet. And the pocketbook!!!A little technique scoop (if you’re still reading) – on the cream chair we sprayed the cleaning water from the machine on the area, then sprayed Resolve and let it sit for a minute or two before we sucked up the dirt. The Resolve did make the dirty water in the tank pretty foamy and I’m not sure if it could damage the machine or the chair but when we tried it we were kind of thinking we didn’t have anything to lose as the fabric was so grungy when we got it home to natural light, we would not have kept the chair if the BISSELL didn’t work. The machine seems totally fine and of course the chair is now clean and beautiful!I could not possibly love this little machine more and now I can feel much more confident with all of our new carpet and furniture because if we get a spill or a stain this lightly little green machine will take care of it!I highly recommend the BISSELL Little Green Machine!

LOVE this thing! I’ve had it about 9 months now and love this little guy. It works so well. The pictures are of a once over on a used couch I got. I took a chance and tried to put other things other than the Bissell cleaner AND IT WORKS!! I’ve put laundry detergent, fabric softener, vinegar, soap, essential oils (obviously all mixed with water) and not only does it clean but it makes everything smell soooo good ???? I’ve never had an issue with this, it’s lightweight, easy to use, easy to clean, easy to store because it’s so compact, price is great…. Buy it!

I used this for my car seats. I will note that they hadn’t been ‘properly’ shampooed in a while. This definitely got out the stains and was very effective. I used it with the recommended oxy cleaner. However, because of the small size, I had to refill it after every seat for the water to be running clear. On the water tank side, it doesn’t have a seal or anything to stop the water when you attach it so some will spill every time you refill. Similar with the other side. The first time I used it I ended up spilling all of the dirty water because of that so be careful until you get used to it. Overall, it’s a great tool! Definitely better for spot treatments, small areas, or maintenance. If you’re looking for a deep cleaning or doing large areas (anything that would require more water), I would recommend getting something with a larger tank so you don’t have to keep refilling it.

I really didn’t want carpet in my new house at all, but other family members wanted carpet in bedrooms, so that’s what we did. And of course our beloved dog became very elderly upon moving in, and has developed a much more sensitive stomach. In other words, he barfs a lot more than he ever did, and he likes to barf on carpeted surfaces. So we’ve had about 5-6 stains around the house that we spot-treated with various solutions and scrubbers and paper towels, and stains still got left behind. I ordered this cleaning machine after staring at these stains, in some cases for a couple years now. And I was not disappointed.We have many likes and only one annoyance.Likes:* It does what it is supposed to — removes stains and leaves perfect carpet behind* Very simple to use* Relatively quiet* It is very satisfying to see the murky water in the disposal tank. Just like on CleanTok* Cleaning solution goes a long way. Not sure if this is a factor of the solution or the machine or bothAnd here is the annoyance: The cleaning solution can spill during routine steps, like when you flip the tank over or disconnect the hose. There isn’t a lot of spillage, but if you have some paper towels on hand you can easily and quickly deal with the runaway drops.

So, we got this to replace an older Bissell wet vac that wasn’t spraying the cleaning solution very well anymore and this newer model is amazing! It’s WAY quieter than the older one – I had to wear earplugs to use the older one and this one is quiet enough that earplugs are definitely not necessary – and the cord is probably 4x as long than the older one so I can move it around easier and get to more areas. I don’t use it much because my dogs are house trained, but every now and then they’ll get an upset tummy and have an accident and lemme tell ya, this thing cleans those messes up perfectly in just a few minutes. We’re talking the #2 mess from a 60 pound dog – so it’s impressive on how well it handles a really tough mess. HIGHLY recommended!

I LOVE this machine. It is so easy to use and works like crazy. I bought it initially to clean stairs and that was so terrific I use it for small area cleaning everywhere in the house. I have a disabled husband and the area around his bed gets a lot of traffic so it’s great for cleaning smaller areas like that. Very portable, very effective and cleans like crazy. I thought the stairs looked new after I used it and the carpet is very old!!Great for pet areas too if that is a need. Highly recommend this machine and the Bissel cleaning agent.

I purchased this cleaner because a light grey sectional sofa I own was beginning to look somewhat dirty. I was very satisfied with the job the unit did to remove dirt and stains. It took a little practice to learn how to get the best results, but the results were impressive. A couple of observations: 1. Some reviewers claimed the unit did not have enough suction power. While a little more suction power would be nice, the unit provided sufficient suction to do a good job. 2. Some folks said the unit leaked. Mine did not leak one bit even though I used it for an fairly large job that took a couple of hours. I’d happily reccommend this appliance to anyone looking for an effective means of cleaning upholstery.

I was skeptical and let me confirm that this actually works amazing! My couch was smelling disgusting, I have 6 cats in total and after a while two of my cats randomly urinate on it & it’ll leave a stain below the cushions. Bought this vacuum cleaner not expecting it to work but I’m so happy for the results. The water was actually a lot dirtier than what it looks in the picture. The couch is finally clean and it smells amazing ????????
