   Just received this beautiful and comfortable chair today. Color is perfect! Not white, not biege but a soft creamy color. Very well made. Here the bad news: Very disappointment that the chair doesn’t raise but a few inches. After reading a few reviews regarding this issue, buying a new replacement may be in order since that’s what taller people have had to do. I really don’t consider myself to be a TALL person (5’7″), just average height. That said, I’m not sure what to cylinder to buy or from who that will fit this chair, so I have asked that question and am still waiting to hear back from someone that can help. Out of the box it’s a great investments, assembled in 15 minutes. Seems like this issue is continuous and Amazon needs to make this right. Unable to find out how many inches it’s suppose to adjust to without reading reviews/questions for an hour!! Measurements need to be clear and posted please.

   Having had to sit in a chair (from a major manufacturer) that had its flaws but lasted about 6 years, this chair was a change for me. The biggest change was the lumbar support as I never had one before and I’m still getting used to it. As a reference, I am 6′ tall and weigh about 200 pounds, so chair size was a concern for me when I did my shopping for a replacement. This chair seems a little small for a larger person BUT I sat in only one other chair for years so this may be an issue I just need to get used to. New shoes can feel odd at first too. I do agree the lumbar support seems to push a person forward and does somewhat restrict the length of the chair seat – about 3 inches of my legs, at my knees, do hang over without support but so far I have not experienced any discomfort. I have learned to sit flush against the seat back (VS slouching) which also maximizes use of the lumbar support which feels good but also odd as I never had the support before. Assembly was pretty easy – always a challenge to add the arms when doing it alone, but I managed. Everything else was VERY easy, and the instructions were helpful and provided enough information. The leather also seems of good quality but only time will tell. I do use the chair every day but never for more than about an hour at a time, but several times a day. The color is also nice – pleasant and nicer than bright white. I would suggest to Amazon however, that they increase the height of the seat back for us taller folk – right now it only comes to about my shoulders because I do not slouch, so resting my head against the back is impossible unless I slide my butt forward, which then offsets the use of the lumbar support. Overall, I am satisfied with my purchase and have no regrets.

   I finally got the chair after ordering twice. Delivery for both orders were late but 2nd time finally delivered. Chair is comfortable and nice.

   I almost bought this when it was a flash deal or something like that but I got side tracked. When I went back on I was so bummed that the price went back up to around $260+. Then I noticed that they had other purchasing options. I saw one that was under $150, even less than the sale price. It said it was inspected, like new, and no damage to original box, so I went for it. I was so happy to see it was true. Not one thing wrong with it, not even a smudge. I left the plastic on while assembling and only pulled back what I needed to to line up holes for screws so I wouldn’t get it dirty as another reviewer suggested. (thanks). It was very easy to assemble and I’m recovering from hip surgery, which was the reason I needed the support. It would have been easier if I had another person but OI managed to balance to seat and back of chair on a coffee table and sofa to start those screws. Another tip, with all things needing assembly, I waited till I put all the screws in before I started tightening. All in all, I highly recommend this chair. Very happy with my purchase.

   I had to look up the purchase date but within 2 years there really was a decline in the quality. there definitely are some sports injuries hitting the mid part of life but this thing really has brought out problems. first I was getting a lot of swelling in my foot, bottom line was the chair was cutting off just enough circulation to mess with my foot. changed the height of it, 2 days later problem was gone. changed the height again later, knee problems. put it down to the lowest setting, problems left in 2 days. so I’m not happy with having to be that low but it’s do able. the other problem is the arms. I raise and lower there frequently. the rite arm is now so loose it rattles and is going to fall off. basically there is a nut I can’t access to tighten so I’m on the market for a new chair. we’re not even talking about the problems I have with my hips because it now leans. sure I could stand to loose 10 lbs but I’m not 385 lbs. this just does not stand up to regular use. poor value for the amount I paid

   I was a bit nervous buying this chair because I’ve had trouble finding good chairs in the past, let alone buying online.. we’ll, I’m glad I tried it. This chair goes a bit higher than my other (which I needed), it’s comfy, roomy and is just right! It’s cute and also has the back support as part of the chair. My other was so old I had to purchase cushions. I just put it together, which was very easy to do by muself. I’m very happy with my purchase and ready to rock these Zoom calls!

   I bought this chair because my gaming chair was starting to be extremely uncomfortable for me. I was not expecting the huge change in comfort I got when I finally sat in this chair. The back support, adjustable armrests, and simple assembly made the purchase worth it. I would buy this chair again and again, that’s how much I love it. It fits the description, and it was delivered very quickly.

   The chair is sturdy and comfortable . The only thing that was misleading was the color. It’s more of a taupe or light beige color. Was disappointed but I will keep the chair.
