The paper is standard copy paper. No issues with the paper but the wrappers were all torn and not together. The handler could have been rough with it.

The quality of the paper is just right for my home use. The box the reams came in, however, was falling apart upon delivery. The plastic wrapping on the case was the only thing holding it together. As soon as I took the wrap off, the box fell apart. Several of the reams had opened in this process. I am sure it was the UPS delivery handling and not the fault of Amazon. So glad it was overwrapped!

Works great. Now . Hard to set up and link to the rest of my equipment. Product comes with no directions you have to go online and try and figure things out. The process is not intuitive. It Took most of a day. I got it working, it works great. The large supply of ink is terrific . I am happy with the purchase. And For a reasonable price.

I bought this bc I was too lazy to go out to Target or Walgreens and pickup a standard 500 pack of “computer/printer paper, standard 8.5×11”.For basic at home use, and the occassional formal/business letter, nothing too top tier is necessary. I do however find the generic cheap packs at Walgreens and Target are flimsy, crinkle easy, not the best.This paper is nice. You can feel the difference immediately, It’s crisp. Print quality is much nicer. Feels more like a document vs printer paper. Would recommend.
