There’s a ton of surge protectors out there, and we’ve tried a lot of them. Some last forever, some are flimsy. But honestly, what is so insanely nice about this particular one is the USB plug ins. We use these in our student worker work room, and our students can plug their phones or laptops into these easily and safely. The cords are super sturdy, and we love the plug that is “flat” and thereby has a smaller profile if it needs to go behind a piece of furniture. And honestly, for the price, these are a great option. Enjoy!

Flat plug is a plus! I’m not sure if it’s the outlets in my house or what, but the chord is upside down if I plug it into the wall. No big deal. The fabric on the chord seems like it may fray over time- it kept getting stuck to the Velcro chord organizer I put on it. We shall see.

Sleek, sturdy/well made, stylish. Plus, managed to get them during a flash special (lowest rate in months) so even better! Been keeping an eye on this for a while. Glad I stayed patient. Must have item esp. living in a super humid climate w/ lots of thunderstorms and lightning. Gives me extra peace of mind. Recommend!

This power strip is very well made. The braided cord is durable, outlets spaced nicely and like the “on” signal light. there is even a USB in use light.

These surge protector boards are excellent. They work as intended, and do have USB ports. I’m not sure I’ll use the USB, but it is nice to have the option. I would highly recommend this product.

I’ve bought about 6 of these now and haven’t had any real problems with any of them. The most recent two I purchased have been a bit more stubborn in the plugs where it will start to seat but then just sort of get “stuck”. I was able to unplug it from the wall – extremely important to do this first obviously – and use a flat head to relax the metal inside each outlet slot a little to fix the problem. I don’t use the USB ports often but they definitely work and are great in a pinch when you need to plug something in or charge a USB device and can’t find an old charging brick laying around to use. I’m always super paranoid about “off brand” power strips considering all the horror stories you always see posted at the top of comments here and there. But overall, I’d recommend these, and plan to buy another two here shortly actually.
